When you're ready to make Colonial Gardens your home, fill out the application. Include a copy of your photo ID. The photo ID can be any photo of you that has been issued by the government like a driver’s license, passport, military ID, etc.
 

We work hand in hand with a number of housing programs. Tioga Opportunities, Inc. provides the local Section 8 program, which we proudly except.

 

We also except DSS and RSS.

A separate application is required from each applicant age 18 or older.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
